Wants/Likes

This Kahoot is about how we talk about things that we want and don't want, like and don't like. It is for Primaria 1A and 1B. Like with our lesson on the present simple tense, we have to remember some very important things when we are talking about things that we want/don't want. He want s or He does n't want She want s or She does n't want He like s or He does n't like She like s or She does n't like With this being said, lets try and unscramble the sentences, as they are in the wrong order! we need to figure out where the each part of the sentence belongs. Best of luck everyone! Miss Rachel KAHOOT - Likes/Wants

How many fruits can you name? and what are some other foods and drinks we can make using fruits? You can use this list of words from unit 6 to revise your spelling in a fun and interesting way. One of my very favourite games to try with this list is the "Jungle Spellers" where a cheerful and very helpful lion will be your spelling friend. Click on the link below, and from there you can select the game of your choice to continue and check out your spelling skills. Spelling Training! Using Present Simple, (Things we usually do)

Hello Class of 2a and 2b! We've been learning about how to describe all of the things that we usually, sometimes or often do. (In English terms, this is called the present simple tense, but lets not worry about that for now!) It can be a little bit tricky to wrap our heads around, so I've prepared a little matching game to help you out. Sometimes, we need to talk about things that we do during different times . For example, if I say that I am playing a board game, you might think that I am doing it right now ... What if I wanted to tell you that it is an activity that I sometimes, often or generally do? Then I might want to say "I play board games" What happens if I want to tell you about an activity that one of my friends or classmates enjoys? For example, Juan likes jumping on the trampoline. I could also say - He jumps on the trampoline, everyday after school! (Remember, He and She always like their friend " S " to join in the fun!)

Word Search: Toys!

Greetings to all my genius puzzlers out there! This exercise is intended to help you out with Unit 7 if you're in Primaria 1, but Primaria 2 can also join in. I made this word search for you using an online puzzle maker, linked below, so that you and your family can make your own too. Because you are all such expert spellers and some of the smartest people I know, I thought I'd add a twist to the word search to make your brains work just a little bit harder. Each word is linked to a clue , so you have to answer the " What am I? " question to find out what word you're looking for! Think carefully and remember all of the different types of toys we learned about together. Good luck! ☘ Sources: Created using this great puzzle maker!

Animal Kingdom Kahoot!

Hello there Primaria 1 and 2! We've been learning about the animal kingdom and the many different types - categories or "classifications". We can separate the different kinds of animals into groups depending on how they reproduce , how they move , and what they look like , for example, do they have fur, or moist skin, or scales? Animals in the same group often, but not always, live in similar habitats or environments. For example, most amphibians live in damp and warm habitats like swamps, that provide a place for them to lay eggs, feed and move around. However, we cannot use this as a rule, because mammals may live in a wide variety of different environments - whales are mammals and they live in the ocean, a sheep is a mammal and it lives on the farm. Usually, we can look at different characteristics of an animal to discover what group it belongs to. Here's an Animal themed Kahoot! quiz for you to play and test your knowledge... Do you remember all the types of
